WS-05 is Wanzl’s multi-purpose steel shelving on a 25 mm shelf pitch, twice as fine as a 50 mm system. It covers heights from 1,400 to 2,800 mm, the base shelf carries 200 to 350 kg per level, and it installs either single-sided against a wall or as a double-sided gondola. End panels can be specified in a wood finish.

A 25 mm pitch re-planograms without losing space
A 25 mm pitch leaves less dead air above each row of product than a 50 mm system does. Stores that re-planogram seasonally, or that change pack sizes often, get that space back as display height. The brackets have two hooks and set either level or tilted 20 degrees down, for product that sells on its face.

WS-05 in detail
WS-05 uses sheet-steel shelves like WS-03, but on a 25 mm pitch, which puts it between the high-load European-standard shelving and the finely adjustable wire-mesh systems. It suits stores carrying several product groups on one plan that would rather run a single shelving type throughout.
Bay widths and shelf depths
Bays come in 600, 800, 1,000 and 1,200 mm. Steel shelves run from 300 to 700 mm deep. Widths can be mixed along a single run, because the uprights and brackets are one system throughout.
Uprights and installation
Two upright profiles are available, 60 x 30 and 80 x 30 mm, in every 200 mm step from 1,400 to 2,800 mm. The system installs single-sided against a wall or as a double-sided gondola in the middle of the floor.
Plinths and gondola covers
Plinths and gondola covers come in 600, 800, 1,000 and 1,250 mm. End panels can be ordered in a wood finish, for stores that want a warmer run without changing the steel structure.
