Ace Sitha Co., Ltd. (“ACE SITHA”, “we”) takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
01 · The data we collect
When you contact us or request a quotation through this website, we collect the following:
Data you give us directly: full name, company or organization name, email address, telephone number, the content of your enquiry, the details of the project you have in mind, any file you attach (a store layout, floor plan or site photo, for example), and whether you chose to receive news by email
Technical data (collected automatically): IP address, browser type and time of visit, recorded by the website server for administration and security
Website usage data (only if you accept cookies): pages visited, clicks on contact buttons, device type and approximate area, through Google Analytics, used to improve the website (see section 06)
02 · Purposes for using your data
We use your data to:
– Respond to your quotation requests and questions
– Provide pre-sales and after-sales service, including installation and spare parts
– Send news and new product information by email, only if you opted in on the form; you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to sales@acesitha.com
– Improve the quality of the website and our service
– Comply with legal requirements
03 · How long we keep your data
We keep your data only as long as the stated purposes require:
– Quotation data: 3 years from the date of last contact
– Customer and sales contract data: for the term of the contract plus a further 10 years (as tax law requires)
– Technical data: no more than 12 months
– Data in Google Analytics: no more than 14 months
– Your choice to receive news: until you unsubscribe
04 · Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:
– Service providers involved in running the business: carriers, installation contractors and cloud providers, for example, all under confidentiality agreements
– Google (Google Analytics): processes website usage data on our behalf, only if you accept cookies; the data may be processed on servers outside Thailand
– Wanzl GmbH & Co. KGaA: for a warranty claim or a certificate request, we may send sales data to the manufacturer in Germany
– Where the law requires it: on the order of a court or a government authority with jurisdiction
05 · Your rights under the PDPA
You have the following rights:
– Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
– Right to rectification: ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
– Right to erasure: ask us to delete data once there is no longer any need to keep it
– Right to restriction: ask us to suspend the use of your data temporarily
– Right to object: object to certain uses of your data
– Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent you have previously given, at any time
06 · Cookies and tracking
This website stores two kinds of data in your browser:
– Essential: remembers your cookie choice and confirms that a form was sent. No consent is needed for these.
– Analytics (Google Analytics): the _ga and _ga_* cookies count visitors and show how the site is used. They are set only after you click “Accept”, and last no more than 13 months.
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time:

We apply technical and administrative security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, alteration of, or disclosure of personal data, including encryption of data in transit over HTTPS.
